Today I was in a lot of pain - not suprising but it has to do with my hip flexors and how sedentary my job normally is. After I figured out to sit on cushions to get my hip above my knees - at least sitting wasn’t a pain. According to apple here are where we are in steps.

Renee and I have enjoyed late mornings in Copenhagen where we will head out between 11am-noon to a lunch spot and some sightseeing. Specifically Nyhavn, where we’ll have lunch on the canal and then this evening the meat packing district.
