Today’s the day we fly onto Stockholm, Sweden. I thought I’d have little to write about so was going to tell the story of the KitKat battle.

Norway for a long time had a chocolate bar called the Kvisk Lunsj which is similar to a KitKat. That’s because the Kvisk Lunsj is the original kitkat which apparently Rowntree (now Nestle) stole. Rowntree tried to sue Kvisk for copyright however the court threw it out because Kvisk had been around longer. I have to say that the Norwegians are right and Kvisk’s do taste better. 

Arriving in Stockholm we took the express train, then the metro to our Hilton Hotel which is delightful so far. However Renee’s bag made it but mine didn’t again on a Direct SAS flight – so I’ll be updating the saga of the bags.
